We had very little to complain about it's a nice place vintage feel, and the wifi was down but fixed the next day all issues were handled pretty quickly however some issues like the shower needing an upgrade, and no instructions for the heater were the only negatives for my wife and I.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Loved the jungle theme and the plants are beautiful. Beautiful design and amenities. The location is absolutely perfect. It's a close two to three minute walk to everything. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants, the shopping, and visiting the local park.

When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, even though check in was at 4:00 pm and it was 5:30pm. The staff was very apologetic and made sure to get us a room as quickly as possible.
Once we got to our room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well. There were hair balls in the bathroom, and dirt on the floor. We were in a rush so we didn’t have time to ask for a new room, just needed a place to put our things.
We also noticed the walls/doors are extremely thin and you can hear everything happening outside of the room.
Lastly, we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping knocking on other peoples doors/our door and loudly saying “housekeeping”.
Very expensive for such a small room that hadn’t been cleaned very well.
